Detailed Instructions

1. Remove the cutting disc that is attached to the standard ring cutter. You may wish to keep this disc to cut other metals

2. Replace the cutting disc with diamond plated cutting disc. Additional cutting discs and/or ring cutters may be purchased through Gesswein Corporation by calling 1-800-243-4466

3. Place the ring cutter arch between the band and the diamond-cutting disc.

4. Connect any electric power screwdriver to the hex bar and engage the power, thus motorizing the ring cutter. We recommend running this process wet. Keep the blade damp by constantly dripping water onto the blade.

5. Once one side of the BioBlu™ 27 or Cobalt band is cut, simply repeat the process on the other side to remove the band.
